2. What materials do you use?

Most of our pieces are made from:

  • 925 Sterling Silver

  • Stainless steel (for selected items)

  • Gold plating over silver or stainless steel

  • Natural stones or shells (in some designs)

All materials are listed on each product page.


3. Will my jewelry tarnish?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, especially when exposed to:

  • Water

  • Sweat

  • Perfume

  • Lotion

  • Humidity

  • Saltwater or chlorine

Regular cleaning and proper care will keep your jewelry shining.
We include care instructions with each order.


4. Is your jewelry waterproof?

While stainless steel is more water-resistant, we recommend keeping all jewelry away from water to preserve its shine, plating, and longevity.


5. Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

Not at the moment, but we do plan to offer custom options in the future.

6. How do I know my ring or bracelet size?

We provide size guides on product pages whenever possible.
If you’re unsure, we recommend:

  • Measuring a piece you already own

  • Using a printable ring sizer

  • Visiting a local jeweler for an accurate size

Incorrect sizing is not considered a defect.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 200+ countries worldwide.
International shipping times vary based on customs and postal services in your country.


8. How long does shipping take?

U.S. Orders:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery: 2–5 business days

International Orders:

  • Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping times may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, customs, or weather.


9. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier scans it.


10. My tracking says “No information available.” What does this mean?

This is normal within the first 1–3 days after the label is created.

11. What is your return policy?

We offer a 5-day return window.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Not earrings (for hygiene reasons)

13. What if my package is lost or stolen?

Barefoot Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors.

If we made the mistake, we will replace the item.

Most orders ship in one package, but occasionally items may ship separately depending on inventory and logistics.
