At Barefoot Jewelry, we work hard to ensure fast, reliable, and safe delivery of your order.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. FREE U.S. SHIPPING

We proudly offer FREE 2–5 day shipping on all U.S. orders.

All domestic orders ship from our office in Carlsbad, California, unless the customer is outside the United States (international orders may ship from our overseas warehouse).


2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders require 1–3 business days to process before shipment.

Processing time includes:

  • Jewelry inspection

  • Packing

  • Label creation

  • Quality control

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


3. SHIPPING TIMES

United States:
📦 Estimated Delivery: 1–5 business days
(Processing time not included.)

International:
🌍 Estimated Delivery: 7–13 business days
Delivery times vary by country, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Note: These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or high order volume.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to over 200+ countries worldwide.

If your location is supported, the option will appear at checkout.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

CUSTOM FEES & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • VAT or country-specific charges

By placing an international order, you agree that these fees may occur and are outside our control.


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.

If tracking has no updates after 7 business days, contact us

6. LOST, STOLEN & MISSING PACKAGES

Barefoot Jewelry is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Packages delayed due to carriers or customs

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

If you believe your package was misdelivered or lost, please contact the carrier directly:

  • USPS: 1-800-275-8777

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

  • DHL: Varies by region

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier or address-related issues.

If we make a shipping label error, we will replace your order at no cost.


7. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages.
If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.


8. PRE-ORDERS, CUSTOM ITEMS & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains:

  • Pre-order items

  • Custom jewelry

  • Special-made items

  • Pieces requiring extra processing time

Delivery may take longer than standard shipping times.

Any extended timelines will be clearly stated on the product page or in your confirmation email.


9. UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer refusal

  • Unclaimed packages

We can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
Refunds for returned packages (if eligible) exclude shipping costs.
