Refund & Returns

We want you to love your Barefoot Jewelry piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 5-day return policy.

This means you have 5 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unused, and free of any signs of wear

  • In all original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that show wear, damage, tarnish, missing parts, or hygiene concerns.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items that have been worn, resized, scratched, or altered


2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return request, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


4. DAMAGES, DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you immediately.

Items damaged due to misuse, wear, improper handling, or lack of care are not considered defective.


5. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, the fastest method is:

  1. Complete a return request for the original item.

  2. Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the item you want.


6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved Refunds:

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for us to inspect the return

  • Additional processing time by your bank or card issuer

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Denials:

Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be rejected.
Rejected items may be sent back to you at your expense.


7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter processing or have shipped.
If the order has not shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we will attempt to assist.


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Barefoot Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

We will assist, when possible, but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
